la seconda puntata di un ciclo di mostre in cui alcuni artisti
contemporanei sono chiamati a restituire un senso allo spazio
informativo liberato dall'ingombrante presenza del presidente del
consiglio italiano, in un inedito adattamento alla rete dei codici della
street art e dell'arte pubblica. Ognuna di queste mostre include tre
lavori di tre artisti diversi, per la durata di dieci giorni. <br style="text-shadow: none;">
Dal <strong style="text-shadow: none;">5 al 14 maggio 2011</strong>, tre lavori si alterneranno in maniera casuale all'interno di questo spazio pubblico: <em style="text-shadow: none;">Time and truth do not unveil the reason</em>, di <a style="text-shadow: none;" href="http://www.paolocirio.net/" target="_new"><strong style="text-shadow: none;">Paolo Cirio</strong></a>; <em style="text-shadow: none;">Immigration, television and underage people. Pretty contemporary!</em>, di<a style="text-shadow: none;" href="http://www.filippominelli.com/" target="_new"> <strong style="text-shadow: none;">Filippo Minelli</strong></a>; e <em style="text-shadow: none;">They deal with dirty asses</em>, di <a style="text-shadow: none;" href="http://www.ubermorgen.com/" target="_new"><strong style="text-shadow: none;">UBERMORGEN.COM</strong></a>.</p>
<p style="text-shadow: none;" class="debe" align="justify"><em style="text-shadow: none;">Time and truth do not unveil the reason</em>
è un lavoro sulla censura e il significato dei simboli del potere. La
verità svelata dal tempo è un dipinto di Giambattista Tiepolo, scelto
dal primo ministro italiano come sfondo per le sue conferenze stampa.
Per ragioni di decoro, il dipinto è stato alterato in modo da nascondere
il capezzolo della figura femminile, che rappresenta la verità.
Intervenendo con degli sticker sul dipinto, Paolo Cirio sottolinea
questo atto di censura, che si è arricchito di ulteriori implicazioni
alla luce degli sviluppi successivi delle vicende giudiziarie del
premier.<br style="text-shadow: none;">

Il fotografo e artista Filippo Minelli condivide con Cirio dei
trascorsi nell'ambito della street art. Con un sarcastico commento
testuale, Minelli rivela il legame sottile, ma anche l'abisso di umanità
e dignità, che intercorre tra tre giovani zingari, fotografati nella
loro casa in Serbia, e un'altra, più celebre immigrata, appartenente al
sottotesto che il DE_ZER ci consente di cancellare.<br style="text-shadow: none;">

Più pragmatico l'approccio del duo austriaco <a href="http://UBERMORGEN.COM">UBERMORGEN.COM</a>, che
sfrutta lo spazio liberato dal DE_ZER per pubblicizzare un proprio
vecchio, ma quanto mai attuale, progetto: <em style="text-shadow: none;">Anuscan</em>,
un infallibile servizio di identificazione biometrica basato sulla
scansione dell'ano. <a href="http://UBERMORGEN.COM">UBERMORGEN.COM</a> adotta spesso le strategie
affermative delle corporation, di cui si serve per offrire un lucido,
spietato ritratto della società contemporanea.</p>
<p style="text-shadow: none;" class="debe" align="justify">Il
DeberlusconiZER è un'applicazione che permette di riutilizzare lo spazio
web occupato dalle immagini e dalle parole collegate al presidente del
consiglio italiano. Il software interviene sul meccanismo di saturazione
mediatica e culturale prodotta da uno dei personaggi più controversi
della politica italiana e si appropria degli spazi a lui dedicati per
veicolare contenuti nuovi.<br style="text-shadow: none;">

<p style="text-shadow: none;" class="debe" align="justify">The <strong style="text-shadow: none;"><a style="text-shadow: none;" href="http://www.de-zer.com/">DEberlusconiZER</a></strong> is proud to announce <strong style="text-shadow: none;">DE_ZER Vol. 2</strong>,
the second of a series of exhibitions in which some contemporary
artists are invited to give a new meaning to the informational space
"liberated" from the unwieldy presence of the Italian Prime Minister.
Every show includes three works by three different artists and lasts ten
days, in an unprecedented adaptation of the codes of street art and
public art to the online environment. <br style="text-shadow: none;">
From May 5 to May 14, 2011, three works will alternate randomly into this public space: <em style="text-shadow: none;">Time and truth do not unveil the reason</em>, by <a style="text-shadow: none;" href="http://www.paolocirio.net/" target="_new"><strong style="text-shadow: none;">Paolo Cirio</strong></a>; <em style="text-shadow: none;">Immigration, television and underage people. <p style="text-shadow: none;" class="debe" align="justify"><em style="text-shadow: none;">Time and truth do not unveil the reason</em>
is a work on censorship and on the meaning of symbols of power. The
Truth Unveiled by Time is a famous painting by Giambattista Tiepolo,
chosen by the Italian Prime Minister as the backdrop for press
conferences. The Prime Minister altered the painting, hiding the nipple
of the woman (allegorically the truth). Covering it by stickers, Paolo
Cirio underlines this act of censorship, which later got a new meaning
thanks to the following developments of the Prime Minister judicial
proceedings. <br style="text-shadow: none;">
<br style="text-shadow: none;">
The artist and photographer Filippo Minelli shares with Cirio a
past in street art. Adding a biting textual comment to the portrait of
three young gypsies, shot in their home in Serbia, Minelli reveals the
subtle connection that links them to another, infamous immigrant,
belonging to the narrative deleted by the DE_ZER; but he also shows the
abyss, in terms of humanity and dignity, that separates them.<br style="text-shadow: none;">
<br style="text-shadow: none;">
Finally, the Austrian duo <a href="http://UBERMORGEN.COM">UBERMORGEN.COM</a> adopts a more pragmatic
approach, exploiting the space liberated by the DE_ZER in order to
advertise an old, but still very topical, project: <em style="text-shadow: none;">Anuscan</em>,
an unmistakable feature for secure identification based on the anus
pattern. <a href="http://UBERMORGEN.COM">UBERMORGEN.COM</a> often appropriates the affirmative strategies
used by corporations, using them to offer a lucid, ruthless portrait of
contemporary society.</p>
<p style="text-shadow: none;" class="debe" align="justify">The
DEberlusconiZER is a web tool that replaces the images and words related
to the Italian Prime Minister. The software subverts the media machine
created by one of the most controversial figures in Italian politics by
reclaiming the space devoted to him and using it for new porpuses.<br style="text-shadow: none;">
