<P class=Default style="MARGIN: 6pt 0cm 0pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><I style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt">Roma, 14 dicembre 2007. </SPAN></I><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt">Ritengo sbagliato affrontare la problematicità della valutazione del servizio svolto dal personale educativo e scolastico del Comune di Roma, all’interno dei nidi e delle scuole dell’infanzia, inforcando gli occhiali della denigrazione del lavoro svolto da queste lavoratrici. </SPAN></P>
<P class=Default style="MARGIN: 6pt 0cm 0pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt">In una situazione che vede ormai da molti anni molteplici sofferenze e criticità, acuitesi anche sulla scorta degli ultimi accordi siglati con le organizzazioni sindacali maggiormente rappresentative e viceversa avversato da quelle di base insieme alla forte mobilitazione delle lavoratrici, indicarli come assenteisti o come dei lavativi non aiuta affatto a migliorare il loro lavoro e non permette alle stesse lavoratrici di svolgere serenamente il loro importante intervento educativo e<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>pedagogico nei posti di lavoro.</SPAN></P>
<P class=Default style="MARGIN: 6pt 0cm 0pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt">Anche su molte altre criticità, a partire da quella della sostituzione del personale assente, postemi dalle lavoratrici ritengo che sia importante dare delle risposte concrete e chiare. Per tali ragioni presenterò nei prossimi giorni una specifica interrogazione al Sindaco Veltroni ed all’Assessore competente, con l’auspicio di avere non solo delle risposte valide ma anche la volontà di un modo realmente differente nell’approcciare tali importanti questioni.</SPAN></P>
