proposte che la delegazione sindacale ha fatto a <SPAN

dell’orario di lavoro e in particolare la <SPAN class=SpellE>fiom</SPAN>, si è
accodata a <SPAN class=SpellE>fim</SPAN> e <SPAN class=SpellE>uilm</SPAN>
proponendo come base di discussione con i <SPAN class=GramE>padroni
l’</SPAN>accordo aziendale concesso all’<SPAN class=SpellE>Elettrolux</SPAN> (<I
style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal"><SPAN
style="FONT-STYLE: italic; mso-bidi-font-style: normal">che prevede una modifica
in peggio dell'orario <SPAN class=SpellE>plurisettimanale</SPAN> eliminando il
presupposto della <SPAN class=SpellE>stagionalità</SPAN>; rimanda alle RSU la
discussione per portare a 64 le ore di straordinario comandato, con la
previsione di un intervento delle segreterie nel caso in cui non si arrivi a un
accordo, in barba alla tanto sbandierata tutela del ruolo delle
RSU)<o:p></o:p></SPAN></I></SPAN></FONT></P>

evidente a tutti gli operai che subordinare la ripresa delle trattative alla
mediazione del governo, un governo apertamente schierato nei fatti con gli
interessi dei padroni (cuneo fiscale, pensioni, legge <SPAN
class=SpellE>biagi</SPAN>….) significa rischiare di chiudere il contratto
accettando lo scambio con più flessibilità d’orario e nessun limite alla
precarietà; Il ministro del lavoro Damiano è chiaro<SPAN class=GramE>:</SPAN>”
Il Governo vuole capire, separatamente, quali sono i punti di reciproca
convinzione a cui <SPAN class=SpellE>Fim</SPAN>, <SPAN class=SpellE>Fiom</SPAN>,
<SPAN class=SpellE>Uilm</SPAN> e <SPAN class=SpellE>Federmeccanica</SPAN> sono
arrivate".<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>

problema <SPAN class=GramE>riguarda però</SPAN> più in generale la linea <SPAN
class=SpellE>concertativa</SPAN> perdente di <SPAN
class=SpellE>cgil-cisl-uil</SPAN> che in maniera banditesca e senza nessun
mandato dei lavoratori hanno aperto tavoli di trattativa con padroni e governo
sulla modifica dei contratti (allungamento dei rinnovi, subito riproposto da
<SPAN class=SpellE>federmeccanica</SPAN>) e sul tema del salario (legare gli
aumenti salariali alla produttività ed efficienza delle aziende, come dice la
<SPAN class=SpellE>cisl</SPAN>:”lavorare di più, per guadagnare di più” sole 24
ore 6-11-07), indebolendo di fatto la trattativa dei metalmeccanici a favore
delle tesi padronali.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><FONT face=Arial size=3><SPAN
style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'"> <o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>

style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">Inoltre è bene ricordare che l’accordo sul <SPAN
class=SpellE>welfare</SPAN> di luglio <SPAN class=GramE>aveva già minato</SPAN>
alla base le rivendicazioni (seppur insufficienti) contenute nella piattaforma
su precarietà e mercato del lavoro. Non è un caso che dopo manifestazioni
provinciali e regionali non si <SPAN class=GramE>sia passati</SPAN> ad una
sciopero generale con manifestazione nazionale a Roma per non disturbare il
governo “amico”…<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>

operai e delegati <SPAN class=GramE>vogliamo</SPAN> ribadire fin da ora che
qualsiasi chiusura di questa trattativa non risolverà nessuno dei nostri
problemi su salario, precarietà, orario e sicurezza sul lavoro, e per questo è
necessario ripartire da dove è stata bocciata la piattaforma, respinto l’accordo
sul <SPAN class=SpellE>welfare</SPAN> e dove la determinazione della lotta, in
particolare dei giovani operai, si è espressa in maniera forte con blocchi,
picchetti, manifestazioni <SPAN class=SpellE>redicali</SPAN>, per costruire il
necessario collegamento e organizzazione e dare fin da subito battaglia senza
aspettare ne limitare tale battaglia al no al referendum farsa che verrà
fatto.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>

dobbiamo collegarci e organizzarci per contrapporre alla concertazione perdente
piattaforme di rivendicazioni unitarie dal basso che riaprano con forza nelle
fabbriche e nei reparti la necessità della lotta autonoma degli operai unica
strada per ottenere risultati, anche tenendo conto della campagna terroristica
dei padroni verso chi lotta, fatta di repressione, licenziamenti politici di
massa (avviati ad esempio in Fiat) e manganellate sulla testa degli operai in
lotta.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></B></P>
