tempo determinato dell’ISFOL hanno ottenuto dal Ministero del Lavoro
l’assunzione a tempo indeterminato. Per questi lavoratori la lotta inizia era
iniziata subito dopo le elezioni, quando i fondi destinati alla stabilizzazione
stanziati dalla Finanziaria 2007 vennero sottratti dal provvedimento “taglia
ICI”. Subito l’USI RdB Ricerca organizzò la mobilitazione che, continuata per
mesi, ha infine condotto ad una nuova pianta organica ed alla imminente
assunzione di tutti i precari anziani.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></B></P>

siamo riconquistati e dopo tante lotte possiamo veramente festeggiare”, commenta
Enrico Mari del coordinamento nazionale dell’USI RdB Ricerca. “Queste centinaia
di lavoratori, da anni inseriti nelle politiche della formazione, rappresentano
un valore aggiunto che produrrà benefici per tutti, specie in questi anni di

assumerà 300 precari storici – prosegue Mari - ma nel <st1:metricconverter
w:st="on" ProductID="2008 ha">2008 ha</st1:metricconverter> convertito a tempo
determinato altri 250 lavoratori, eliminando tutte le forme di lavoro nero e
divenendo così il primo ente senza contratti falsamente atipici. Ora la nostra
battaglia proseguirà insieme agli altri 2000 tempi determinati in
stabilizzazione in tutti gli enti, i <st1:metricconverter w:st="on"
ProductID="3000 a">3000 a</st1:metricconverter> tempo determinato ed i circa
10000 atipici. E la lotta sarà più difficile perché dopo la tempesta autunnale
<st1:PersonName w:st="on" ProductID="la parola Precario">la parola
Precario</st1:PersonName> è magicamente scomparsa da tutti i documenti ufficiali
di CGIL CISL UIL della Ricerca”. <o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></B></P>
