la necessità di comprendere che ogni possibile misura di contrasto della crisi
deve partire da una corretta visione delle sue cause che non sono semplicemente
di crisi finanziaria causata da “sprovveduti” speculatori: <SPAN

produttivo causata dalle feroci ricette liberiste degli ultimi 20 anni basate su
riduzione constante dei salari, precarizzazione, esternalizzazioni,
delocalizzazioni e ovviamente finanziarizzazione

e feroci soluzioni alla crisi produttiva che hanno causato l’iniqua <B
style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal">redistribuzione della ricchezza</B> a
favore delle imprese ed a scapito dei salari e della stabilità di reddito per le
fasce popolari, questa è la base per leggere la cosidetta “crisi di domanda”
dell’attuale fase economica anche nel nostro paese e nel nostro
territorio.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>

redistribuzione della ricchezza, la soluzione è che l’intervento delle
istituzioni e del pubblico non sia più orientato a foraggiare ulteriormente le
imprese ed i gruppi finanziari ma che piuttosto si recuperi il tempo,
colpevolmente perso dalla Giunta regionale nelle ultime due legislature, per
varare una legge che <B style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal">istituisca il
reddito sociale minimo</B>: uno strumento per armonizzare ed incrementare gli
interventi diretti a garantire accesso ai servizi e integrazione al reddito per
le fasce popolari colpite dalla crisi e dai processi di precarizzazione. Uno
strumento regionale che non sia subordinato ai tempi biblici di una riforma
degli ammortizzatori sociali, sempre annunciata e mai predisposta da tutti gli
ultimi governi di centro sinistra e di destra.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>

necessario il <B style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal">blocco dei
licenziamenti</B> (intesi in senso ampio del termine, comprendendo atipici e
lavoratori a termine), la <B style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal">proroga</B>
dei trattamenti di cassa integrazione e mobilità in corso, l’<B
style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal">estensione</B> a precari e disoccupati
delle riduzioni nelle tariffe per nidi e scolastico.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>

blocco dei licenziamenti questo non può riguardare solo le aziende private ma
riguarda direttamente le stesse istituzioni promotrici dell’incontro di oggi che
devono bloccare i propri <B style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal">licenziamenti
in corso dei precari e atipici del Comune e della
Provincia</B>.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>

che tali certificazioni siano state date in <B
style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal">monopolio esclusivo ai CAF dei sindacati
firmatari</B>: non è un esempio di servizio pubblico ai
